yoga-body: See life as a video games. Succeed, you’ll gain XP. Fail, still gain XP. Life gets tougher? Great, you just leveled up! Sometime you just don’t have the level for something, but this doesn’t mean you should cross it out, train, practice and one day,  you’ll make it. (But there is no pause/menu button and you only have one life) I appreciate this comparison.
