berryhealthy: progress shots! top left : july 12th 2011top right : unsure of date but sometime in 2011 bottom two : july 13th 2012 to be honest i didn’t even think there was much of a difference until i put these two photos together. the top right one i could have been a bit smaller or larger in weight but i couldn’t quite remember and just compared it to another shot and guessed my weight. not a huge number loss but i definitely look quite different. Oh wow, I can’t believe I missed this — fantastic progress!
